For larger industrial applications Mondial has a comprehensive range of fixed  and swing tray provers, stacking provers, conveyorised provers, proving rooms and ancillary equipment

Tray provers come in standard tray widths of 2500, 3000, 3500 and 40000 mm on 1, 2 or 3 levels in an overhead or box design.  Features include uniform proving with temperature and humidity sensors, automatic chain lubrication, stainless steel frame and internal walkway.

Stacking provers are suitable for products in trays and come as modular units for different layout combinations with adjustable process time, small footprint and simple but reliable construction with the same features as the tray provers.  Conveyorised provers have the same benefits, but are designed for loose products passing through the prover on a conveyor belt and proving rooms for products in racks are available in a variety of sizes and configurations.
